- Travel Requests – submitted to central inbox and supported by our team of travel experts.
- Additional Travelers – complimentary bookings for up to 3 additional travelers on member’s exact same itinerary (must be booked at time of original ticketing).
- Changes / Cancellations – unlimited changes/cancellations up until 72 hours before departure or hotel check in (each change or cancellation request within 72 hours of departure will incur a $100 service fee).
- Communication Channels – email primarily; scheduled phone calls during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST).
